    Understanding the contextual environment our clients are working in is critically important going into 2021. In this virtual professional development program, we’ll learn about how research can inform various levels of strategic planning from a market level to a project pursuit and ultimately impact your bottom line. GEI’s Senior Market Researcher, Shannon Koop, will talk about how to identify research needs; identify and consider internal and external sources of information, and how informed research can impact your bottom line.
